GrowthForces was formed in April 2025 as a nonprofit corporation for charitable and educational purposes that qualify as tax-exempt under IRS section 501(c)(3). Our purpose is partnering with schools and businesses to help high schoolers not enrolled in Career Tech and people aged 18-24 learn about in-demand careers after high school and/or college and support obtaining related positions in Greater Cincinnati and Canton/Massillon if interested.
We are 100% privately funded through individual donors, company sponsorships, and nonprofit and corporate foundation grants. This funding allows offering our program at no cost to people in high schools and community organizations. This collaboration model provides a force multiplier effect expediting development of our product – educating young people about opportunities for their futures & helping companies fill in-demand positions.
Founder and Managing Officer, Aaron Reid, a former high school teacher, worked for two decades in leadership positions at nonprofit organizations focused on education, health, and human services. In 2018, after hearing from companies about challenges finding quality talent for well-paying in-demand jobs, he designed and launched a successful workforce development program for high schoolers. COVID literally killed it in March 2020. GrowthForces is the rebirth of that model rebuilt to open opportunities in all industry sectors and create forces of growth for ALL (people, schools, companies, economy, community).
