Dan Engen,  Bachelor of Finance and Management, is Vice-President of Marketing and Sales for Prominent Title Agency and has served as Executive Secretary, Greater Cincinnati Mortgage Bankers Association. He has been on the board of the Karen Carns Foundation since 2001 and was on the board of United Way of Warren County for over 15 years, including six as board chair.

Eric Miller has worked in the sports industry for over 30 years. He has coached multiple sports from youth leagues through high school. He has done consulting for golf and country clubs in NE Ohio, Las Vegas, Philadelphia, and Naples, Florida for over 20 years.  A native of North Canton, he recently moved back and is coaching high school football. 

Aaron Reid, Master of International Enterprise Management, is a former high school teacher with thirty years of nonprofit sector experience at every level of an organization. Before launching GrowthForces, he served as Executive Director of United Way of Warren County.  He has also served on the boards of Ohio United Way and Leadership Council for Nonprofits. 

Terry Sherrer, Bachelor of Business Administration, is an independent business consultant who also worked for 20 years in the nonprofit sector as Executive Director of the Great Miami Valley YMCA and as a Director at United Way of Greater Cincinnati. 

Beth Wyatt, Master of Science in Nursing & Master of Science in Management, currently manages a medical practice and has worked in operations and strategic planning across industry sectors. She previously was board chair for United Way of the Lower Eastern Shore and was on the board of the Wor-Wic Community College Foundation.
